Program Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Direct overall contract performance and ensure services are delivered according to SLAs, KPIs, and acceptance criteria.
• Establish program governance, communication paths, and coordination models with government stakeholders.
• Manage integrated schedules, risk registers, and issue logs to support informed decision-making.
• Serve as the primary operational liaison between contractor management and agency cybersecurity leadership.
• Track labor usage, burn rates, and funding forecasts to support accurate invoicing and financial reporting.
• Maintain audit-ready program artifacts and prepare executive briefings on performance and security posture.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a Tier 4 High-Risk Public Trust clearance.
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible program or project management experience, including 5+ years in federal IT or cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of federal cybersecurity frameworks including FISMA, NIST RMF, and OMB Circular A-130.
• Experience managing federal ISSO, security compliance, or continuous monitoring programs.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with senior federal officials and multiple contractor organizations.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with federal GRC platforms like CSAM or ServiceNow.
• Experience with vulnerability management tools such as Tenable or Qualys.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure Government, and Zero Trust security architectures.
