Senior Learning Experience Specialist

TL;DR

Senior Learning Experience Specialist: Designing immersive learning experiences, training activities, and course content with an accent on instructional design for instructor-led and eLearning formats, learning needs analysis, and measuring learning outcomes. Focus on building eLearning programs and digital learning materials, consulting with stakeholders, and ensuring ADA and compliance-aligned delivery across multiple projects.

Location: All locations in the United States (100% Remote or Hybrid)

Salary: $85,000-$115,000

What you will do

• Design, deliver, maintain, and update training across the firm using varied media formats.
• Assess staff learning needs based on department and industry goals, and lead stakeholder discussions to develop training solutions.
• Develop and evaluate learning programs by applying learning design concepts and models (e.g., ADDIE, Adult Learning Theory).
• Create eLearning programs, guides, and job aids across multiple digital learning platforms with minimal supervision.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness using learning outcomes and feedback, and continuously improve programs based on insights.
• Support learning data strategy for key programs and ensure deliverables meet SOP, ADA, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Work authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of professional experience in learning and development, including experience with the Articulate Storyline suite for adult learner training.
• Experience leading the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning/training programs in an organizational setting.
• Strong instructional design skills for both instructor-led and eLearning formats, including translating complex information into clear text and visuals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently with ambiguous requirements.
