Regional Supervisor

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 a year

What you will do

• Oversee delivery of initiatives and projects across a large federal contract, ensuring success and quality.
• Lead a team of quality improvement facilitators and drive effective technical assistance.
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for team performance, collaboration, reporting, and improvement.
• Act as the liaison between the prime contract holder and hirify.global.
• Implement task order goals with frontline health facilities and outpatient clinical practice.
• Work with the primary contractor to identify, collaborate, plan, and organize workflows with a strategic vision.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge and experience working with and/or for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
• Familiarity with contract language to ensure timely deliverables and program execution.
• Strong background in healthcare leadership at the health system level.
• Minimum 4 years of leadership experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to lead collaboration, reporting, and improvement across a region.
• Travel up to 15–30%.
