Focus on ensuring actuarial accuracy and usability through collaboration with support, development, and testing teams.

Location: Remote (USA)

Salary: USD 130,500 - 159,500 per year

What you will do

• Provide expert guidance on combo plan design, compliance, and administration.
• Support customer inquiries and troubleshoot plan-specific issues.
• Collaborate with software developers to propose and refine features for plan administration tools.
• Participate in testing and validation of new software functionalities to ensure actuarial accuracy and usability.
• Interpret regulatory changes and translate them into actionable system updates.
• Contribute to training materials and client education for retirement plan features.

Requirements

• EA designation required, with current enrollment status.
• 5+ years of experience in retirement plan administration, focused on combo plans including DC administration.
• Strong understanding of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations for small retirement plans.
• Ability to communicate complex actuarial concepts to non-actuarial audiences.
• Experience with retirement plan software platforms and contributing to feature development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with data analysis tools.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CalcAir or other pension administration software.
• Exposure to software testing or QA processes.
