What you will do

• Assist in the development and execution of website and team site strategies.
• Create and manage content for online newsletters and e-marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate event logistics, including displays, travel, and promotional materials.
• Design and update marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Manage CRM contacts and generate reports to optimize marketing performance.
• Handle promotional material quotes and production processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (Eastern/Central Time Zones)
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of marketing experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects and agency collaborations.

Nice to have

• Experience with SharePoint.
• Familiarity with Marketo and basic HTML.
• Experience with Dynamics 365.
