What you will do

• Own Marketo as the core automation platform for email, nurture, database hygiene, and campaign workflows.
• Develop and optimize email and nurture strategies across campaign, newsletter, and operational programs.
• Manage lead scoring, routing requirements, and data quality processes in partnership with RevOps.
• Oversee forms, landing page QA, routing, and testing for the company website.
• Apply AI and testing to improve workflow efficiency and overall program performance.
• Manage and develop one Email Marketing Specialist, providing coaching and quality control.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing automation or operations with deep hands-on Marketo expertise.
• Strong experience with lead management, nurture campaigns, and marketing performance reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM data structures.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve productivity, execution, or analysis.
• At least 1 year of experience as a direct people manager, Team Lead, or mentor.
• Must be based in the United States.
