TL;DR

Location: Hybrid role in local hirify.global office (Bellevue, WA, United States)

Salary: 120,000 – 135,000 USD annually (US only)

What you will do

  • Own Marketo as core automation platform and lead execution of email, nurture, database hygiene, and campaign workflows
  • Develop and optimize email and nurture strategy across campaigns, newsletters, and operational programs
  • Build scalable processes, templates, and models to improve speed, quality, and consistency
  • Manage lead scoring, routing, data quality, forms, landing page QA, and conversion operations in partnership with RevOps
  • Troubleshoot issues, apply AI and testing to enhance efficiency, and own performance reporting
  • Manage and develop one Email Marketing Specialist with coaching and quality control

Requirements

  • 5+ years in marketing automation, operations, or email marketing with deep hands-on Marketo expertise
  • Strong experience with email programs, nurture campaigns, lead management, forms, landing pages, and performance reporting
  • Familiarity with CRM data structures
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve productivity, execution, analysis, or workflows
  • 1+ year as direct people manager, Team Lead, or mentor
  • Ensure governance including GDPR compliance
