Salary: $115,000 – $125,000 annually

What you will do

• Manage a fundraising portfolio of $3M–$6M across 5–7 states, executing strategies to maintain strong funder relationships.
• Partner with Executive Directors to expand pipelines through relationship mapping and prospect research.
• Design strategic engagement plans and recommend ask ranges for foundation, individual, and corporate partners.
• Develop and execute a new individual giving strand, including identifying and cultivating high-net-worth individuals.
• Co-lead professional learning and provide coaching to Executive Directors on effective fundraising practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to author compelling proposals, reports, and impact stories.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of relevant nonprofit experience, including 3–5 years cultivating and prospecting funders.
• Proven ability to implement fundraising strategies that increase revenue and deepen donor engagement.
• Experience preparing executives to solicit major gifts.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Asana for tracking engagement and pipeline data.
• Must be based in the United States (candidates in AR, CA, CO, IL, IN, MA, MN, MS, NM, PA, TX prioritized).
• Strong communication and project management skills for driving cross-team initiatives.
