Salary: $81,000–$98,000 per year

What you will do

• Conduct prospect research and implement strategies to secure approximately $1M in annual revenue from foundations and donor-advised funds.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospects, moving them from qualification to solicitation.
• Develop high-quality letters of inquiry, concept notes, and grant proposals.
• Manage the submission of interim and final reports for funders.
• Coordinate logistics and workflows for cultivation and stewardship events.
• Maintain accurate tracking of all fundraising activities within Salesforce.

Requirements

• BA degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3-4 years of related fundraising experience (early education or media background is a plus).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
• Excellent writing, research, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a distinct advantage.
