What you will do

• Identify and cultivate new employer partnerships aligned with candidate skill profiles.
• Manage a portfolio of approximately 25 SME accounts, ensuring high-quality service and partnership growth.
• Lead strategic outreach efforts, particularly in Colorado and California.
• Maintain and improve moves management systems and project documentation within Salesforce.
• Represent the organization at external events, panels, and workshops.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage marketing materials and data-driven reporting.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate partnership development.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or persuasive presentations.
• Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
