What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruitment for Product teams across the US.
• Partner with the CPO and senior leaders to define role scope, success profiles, and hiring strategies.
• Develop proactive talent pipelines for critical future needs to stay ahead of demand.
• Implement structured, data-informed hiring processes that balance quality and pace.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation through to offer.
• Contribute to broader People initiatives, process design, and tooling.

Requirements

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience in high-growth startups or VC-backed companies.
• Proven track record of hiring high-performing Product talent across various seniority levels.
• Ability to lead credible technical discussions with product leadership about talent benchmarks.
• Experience shaping hiring strategies and team build-outs with senior stakeholders.
• Capacity to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously without compromising quality.
• Must be based in New York City for on-site work.
