What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned hiring teams, ensuring a high bar for quality and candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define recruiting strategies, and calibrate profiles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for passive talent using AI-enabled tools and effective prompting.
• Facilitate structured interview processes and provide guidance on candidate evaluation.
• Analyze recruiting data and market trends to advise hiring managers and improve outcomes.
• Contribute to process improvements and AI automation within recruiting workflows to increase scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of progressive, full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Experience using AI tools and effective prompting to improve recruiting productivity and innovation.
• Demonstrated success in filling both technical and business roles.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis without requiring sponsorship.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
