• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for GTM and technical functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and selection criteria.
• Source top-tier talent through diverse channels and professional networks.
• Manage the full selection process, including screening, interviewing, and assessment.
• Lead employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
• Maintain accurate data in Workday ATS and analyze recruitment metrics to drive improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US with the ability to travel to the New York City office.
• Proven experience in agency or in-house recruiting across various business areas.
• Strong ability to build relationships with business stakeholders quickly.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a focus on time management.
• Demonstrated success in achieving recruitment outcomes against clear KPIs.
