Location: Hybrid role based out of Bridgewater, NJ office (remote most of the time with required in-person collaboration).

Salary: $124,000–161,000 Annual

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional project teams for Technical Operations activities with internal and external partners
• Ensure alignment across Manufacturing, Analytical Development, Quality Assurance, Regulatory, and other functions
• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans for timely delivery
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks with contingency plans and escalations
• Facilitate communication across teams and stakeholders, track deliverables, and report progress
• Represent Technical Operations in governance meetings and support process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
• 5+ years of project management experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or related industry
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and hold teams accountable
• Strong leadership in fast-paced environments with excellent communication skills
• Working knowledge of product lifecycle areas (Research, Clinical, Regulatory, Operations, Quality)
• Strong technical skills (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
