What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of Post Approval Named Patient Programs (PA-NPP), including setup, execution, and close-out.
• Serve as the central point of contact for clients and 3rd party vendors, leading project meetings and check-ins.
• Oversee CTMS and eTMF systems, ensuring accurate data entry and maintenance of program documentation.
• Coordinate with the supply chain team to manage the dispatch of investigational products.
• Liaise with Quality Assurance to initiate investigations, CAPAs, and manage IRB applications.
• Monitor program budgets and scope of work to ensure deliverables meet Clinical Study Agreement requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a health or science field preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in clinical research, data management, or regulatory affairs.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
