Location: Must be based in Dublin, Ireland. This role follows a hybrid schedule with on-site work at the Dublin office Tuesday through Thursday.

What you will do

• Hunt and drive new business growth within a territory of white space and existing accounts.
• Develop tailored territory and account plans to maximize revenue production.
• Research customer business objectives and align hirify.global’s value proposition as a strategic partner.
• Master and apply the hirify.global sales framework to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business development, customer success, and sales engineering.
• Lead complex sales cycles and buying processes within large enterprise organizations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably selling complex SaaS solutions to enterprise clients.
• Proven track record of overachieving revenue targets of $1M+ and closing six-figure deals ($200k+).
• Expertise in MEDDPICC or similar value-based selling frameworks.
• Demonstrated success in business development, heavy prospecting, and pipeline management.
• Experience engaging with C-suite executives and technology leaders.
• Must be able to work on-site in Dublin, Ireland Tuesday through Thursday.
