What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle for prospects in the CIS region, from discovery to close.
- Articulate the value proposition of the DevSecOps platform to align with customer business outcomes.
- Provide account leadership across pre- and post-sales, partnering with technical and customer success teams.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data, buying criteria, and account plans based on evidence.
- Analyze win/loss data to share insights and improve sales processes.
- Contribute to the sales handbook and provide product feedback to the engineering team.
Requirements
- Fluency in Russian and English (C1 level required).
- Proven success in software sales, ideally within mid-market or enterprise contexts.
- Experience managing a varied book of business and driving complex buying journeys.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to document and maintain accurate pipeline data and account plans.
- Must be based in Germany.
