What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle for prospects in the CIS region, from discovery to close.
  • Articulate the value proposition of the DevSecOps platform to align with customer business outcomes.
  • Provide account leadership across pre- and post-sales, partnering with technical and customer success teams.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data, buying criteria, and account plans based on evidence.
  • Analyze win/loss data to share insights and improve sales processes.
  • Contribute to the sales handbook and provide product feedback to the engineering team.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Russian and English (C1 level required).
  • Proven success in software sales, ideally within mid-market or enterprise contexts.
  • Experience managing a varied book of business and driving complex buying journeys.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to document and maintain accurate pipeline data and account plans.
  • Must be based in Germany.
