TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland, requiring in-office attendance at least three days per week.

What you will do

  • Evangelize and spearhead the growth and adoption of hirify.global across the Senior Mid-Market segment.
  • Manage the full sales cycle for Mid Market customers, from prospecting to close, using a consultative sales approach.
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts, ensuring clear visibility on revenue performance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving products and processes.
  • Create tailored product demonstrations for clients.
  • Contribute to team development and mentoring initiatives.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to cross-functional partners like Marketing and Product.
  • Contribute to the overall growth of the global Enterprise business, driving new best practices and projects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience as an Account Executive.
  • 3+ years of SaaS experience selling similar products.
  • Strong sales instincts and a proven track record of hitting and exceeding quota.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable operating and problem-solving in a fast-moving organization, handling inbound and outbound opportunities.
  • Ability to close net new business in a competitive landscape.
