What you will do

• Lead and execute all phases of internal audit engagements, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting.
• Conduct risk assessments and deep-dive analysis across operational, financial, and compliance areas.
• Draft high-quality audit reports detailing findings, risks, and actionable recommendations.
• Participate in ad-hoc special projects, investigations, and strategic initiatives for senior leadership.
• Monitor emerging risks, industry trends, and regulatory changes impacting the business.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of progressive experience in internal audit, external audit, or risk management (minimum 2 years in internal audit).
• Strong practical application of the COSO framework and IIA professional standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with audit management software.
• English: C1 proficiency (excellent written and spoken).
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Montreal office (3 days per week).

Nice to have

• CIA and/or CISA professional designations (highly preferred).
• CPA, CFE, or other relevant professional certifications.
• Experience with AuditBoard, NetSuite, and/or Salesforce.
• Fluency in French.
• Experience with data analytics tools such as ACL, IDEA, or Alteryx.
