Senior Investor Relations Manager (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Take ownership of the earnings process, including IR press releases, annual reports, and quarterly projects.
• Develop and maintain complex Excel models for hirify.global and core competitors like Shopify, Toast, and Square.
• Interact with equity research analysts and institutional investors to communicate the business model and financial goals.
• Track and compare KPIs of comparable publicly traded companies to measure relative performance.
• Manage the Investor Relations website and coordinate events such as podcasts, webcasts, and conferences.
• Prepare strategic presentation materials for senior management for investor conferences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Finance.
• Minimum 5+ years experience in a similar Investor Relations role.
• Designations or advancing toward CFA and/or CPA.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, valuation metrics (EV/EBITDA, DCF), and financial statements.
• Experience with financial software such as FactSet and advanced Excel add-ins.
• Fluency in English as a working language.
