What you will do

• Drive the FP&A process for GTM teams, including headcount management, operating expense tracking, and annual forecasting.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales leadership to analyze investment opportunities, program spend, and sales performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain quota, capacity, and pipeline models to support strategic decision-making.
• Define and track unit economics, ROI, and efficiency metrics for sales and marketing investments.
• Build and scale AI-powered financial workflows and automation to reduce manual effort in reporting and forecasting.
• Provide financial insights for monthly business reviews, board packages, and corporate reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of FP&A experience with a focus on supporting GTM organizations.
• Deep understanding of SaaS business models, revenue drivers, and metrics like ARR and Net Dollar Retention.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, NetSuite, and FP&A platforms such as Pigment.
• Advanced Excel skills and analytical capabilities; SQL is considered a plus.
• Demonstrated track record of using AI tools (e.g., LLMs, Claude) to improve financial analysis and modeling.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada or the US; no visa sponsorship provided.
