Salary: $95,000–$105,000 CAD annually

What you will do

• Lead and execute all phases of internal audit engagements, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis across financial, operational, and compliance areas to identify risks.
• Draft high-quality audit reports with clear findings and actionable recommendations.
• Perform risk assessments ensuring adherence to professional IIA standards.
• Participate in ad-hoc special projects, investigations, and strategic initiatives for senior leadership.
• Monitor emerging risks, industry trends, and regulatory changes impacting the business.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in internal audit, external audit, or risk management.
• At least two years of direct experience in internal audit.
• Strong practical application of the COSO framework and IIA standards.
• Must be located in Ontario, Canada.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and audit management software.

Nice to have

• CIA, CISA, CPA, or CFE professional designations.
• Experience with AuditBoard, NetSuite, and/or Salesforce.
• Proficiency in French.
• Experience with data analytics tools such as ACL, IDEA, or Alteryx.
• Background in high-growth, publicly traded technology companies.
