What you will do

• Ensure customs entries comply with all legal regulations and AEO requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local customs authorities.
• Lead process optimization initiatives and document standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor data integrity and ensure all internal and client systems are updated.
• Manage billing accuracy and produce performance reports for clients and internal teams.
• Support the onboarding of new business and ensure all KPIs and deadlines are met.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customs brokerage and logistics operations.
• Strong understanding of customs laws and AEO compliance standards.
• Ability to create and maintain detailed work instructions and SOPs.
• Excellent communication skills for managing stakeholder relationships.
• Proficiency in data management and reporting tools.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Frankfurt office.
