Station Manager (Logistics)

Location: Facility in Sindelfingen, Germany

Salary: €65,000–€85,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead local station operations and manage the facility team.
• Schedule and conduct team meetings, training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Analyze and document operational processes and implement efficiency improvements.
• Prepare and analyze performance reports to support operational decisions.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, safety requirements, and new regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors, transporters, regulatory agencies, landlords, and vendors while advising the Country Manager on operational improvements.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and strong command of English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in operations management, ideally in the pharmaceutical or logistics sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions on operational procedures.
• Commitment to quality standards and safety regulations.
