What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop the station team to foster a high-performance culture.

• Ensure strict compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with transporters, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Prepare and analyze performance reports to drive informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Sindelfingen, Germany.
• Proven experience in operations management, ideally within the pharmaceutical or logistics sector.
• Fluency in German and a strong command of English (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
