What you will do

• Communicate with customers, colleagues, and suppliers to coordinate complex logistical needs.
• Ensure all shipments and customs requirements are handled according to company and international regulations.
• Calculate and present quotes for internal and external customers in line with established policies.
• React flexibly to shipment deviations to provide customers with efficient solutions.
• Identify sales leads and collaborate with the sales team to develop existing and potential accounts.

Requirements

• Training in business administration, logistics, or operations.
• Fluent in German and very good English language skills.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to consistently meet deadlines.
• Analytical and investigative skills to bring operational issues to resolution.
• Flexibility in working shifts, including some weekends and holidays.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
