What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process for commercial and technical orders using SAP.
• Oversee commercial contract execution, including pricing, payment terms, and export compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the entire order lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, Finance, Logistics, and Engineering teams.
• Ensure accurate invoicing, track payments, and monitor credit limits.
• Validate technical order data and maintain high data quality in SAP systems.

Requirements

• Experience in order management, O2C processes, or project execution in an international environment.
• Hands-on proficiency with SAP (PS, SD, FI/CO, MM) and financial processes.
• Relevant degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Ability to handle complex, project-based business and work within a matrix organization.
