What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process for commercial and technical customer orders in SAP.
• Coordinate contract execution, including pricing, payment terms, export compliance, invoicing, payment tracking, and credit-limit monitoring.
• Act as the main customer contact throughout the order lifecycle and communicate order status, risks, and escalations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Project Management, Finance, Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Business Operations.
• Validate configurations, bills of materials, engineering alignment, and order data quality in SAP.
• Support complex projects and maintain order, project, and revenue data for reporting and forecasting.

Requirements

• Experience in order management, Order-to-Cash processes, or project execution in an international environment.
• Hands-on experience with SAP PS, SD, FI/CO, and MM, plus knowledge of contracts and invoicing.
• Ability to manage complex orders or project-based business and handle commercial and technical topics simultaneously.
• Strong communication, coordination, stakeholder-management, problem-solving, and risk-management skills.
• Relevant degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Fluent English and German required.
