Salary: $114,800 - $153,750 yearly

What you will do

• Lead a high-performing team of Client Managers and Analysts to create integrated analyses for strategic initiatives.
• Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior-level client contacts.
• Provide subject matter expertise in merchandising analytics domains, including Pricing, Promotion, and Assortment.
• Build and maintain productive business relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data science, product, specialty sales) to develop tools and identify revenue opportunities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in CPG, CPG Retail, and/or the market research industry.
• 3+ years of experience in directly managing, mentoring, and leading associates.
• Must be located in or be able to work onsite weekly in Bentonville, AR.
• Expert proficiency in NIQ tools and datasets.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• BA/BS degree.
