What you will do

• Conduct regular in-store work-withs to observe execution and provide real-time coaching to broker field representatives.
• Hold broker partners accountable for coverage expectations, merchandising standards, and activation timelines.
• Analyze audit data and scorecards to identify trends, diagnose gaps, and develop actionable improvement plans.
• Manage broker resource deployment across priority accounts and geographic areas.
• Conduct business reviews with broker leadership to evaluate performance and align on corrective actions.
• Serve as the primary field liaison between internal customer teams and external broker partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–8 years of experience in retail execution, sales leadership, or CPG field management.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 65% across a large geographic territory.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS or syndicated data systems.
• Ability to manage complexity and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to support retail environments, including occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
