Finance and Equity Analyst - Rotational Program

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Salary: CAD 68,170–80,200 per year

What you will do

• Use AI tools, scripting, and CLI-based workflows to complete tasks and automate financial processes.
• Support customers with 409A valuations, tax reporting, fund implementations, and portfolio data collection.
• Rotate across auditable reporting services teams during a 12-month program.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and convert them into repeatable, scalable systems.
• Test products, report bugs, and provide process insights to engineering and product teams.
• Build expertise in private markets, AI tools, and the ERP vision.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong interest in AI and automation as tools that augment human thinking.
• Knowledge of financial statements and common financial concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with diplomacy under pressure.
• Curiosity, ownership, bias for action, and a competitive mindset.

Nice to have

• Exposure to financial concepts through coursework, internships, or personal interest.
• Experience with Python, scripting, or basic technical tooling.
• Familiarity with financial modeling in Excel.
• Thoughtful experience using AI tools such as Claude or Gemini.
