What you will do

• Execute financial processes including 409A valuations, tax reporting, and fund implementations.
• Utilize AI tools, scripting, and CLI-based workflows to automate manual financial tasks.
• Identify and resolve workflow inefficiencies to build repeatable, scalable systems.
• Provide feedback to engineering and product teams through rigorous testing and bug reporting.
• Manage multiple client-facing projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
• Develop deep expertise in private market operations and financial reporting standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Must be based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
• Strong interest in applying AI and automation to augment financial analysis.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and core financial concepts.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python or basic technical scripting.
