Manager FP&A (Finance)

What you will do

• Provide financial support and fiscal insights to business leaders to achieve strategic plans.
• Build financial models, annual budgets, and quarterly forecasts to support organizational decision-making.
• Perform in-depth analysis of large data volumes to develop actionable recommendations for business units.
• Manage P&L by analyzing financial and operating results to drive cost optimization.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor business efficiency, profitability, and resource management.
• Implement financial policies and procedures to improve forecasting and planning accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 7+ years of progressive financial analysis experience.
• Expert knowledge in Excel.
• Experience developing and reporting P&L results.
• Experience as a finance business partner supporting senior leadership.
• Fluent English (C1+) is required for working in a global environment.
