What you will do

• Take end-to-end ownership of features from initial problem understanding and design to production and iteration.
• Build and evolve customer-facing products for strategy configuration and portfolio monitoring.
• Develop self-serve onboarding and integrations with CRM, ERP, and core banking systems.
• Create data flows and internal tools to enhance the capabilities and intelligence of AI agents.
• Contribute to AI skills and automations that optimize internal company workflows.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building and scaling production software (Fullstack, or strong Backend/Frontend).
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
• Proven ability to design, run, and debug production systems, managing failure modes, latency, and cost.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London, UK.
• Ability to use AI tools critically and take full ownership of the resulting code and logic.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration in cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Previous experience in AI/ML projects or within a startup environment.
