Software Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Own software problems end to end: understand needs, design solutions, ship them, operate them in production, and iterate based on real usage.
• Build and evolve customer-facing products for configuring debt-collection strategies, monitoring portfolios, and reviewing AI conversations.
• Develop self-serve onboarding, customer-system integrations, and data flows that support AI agents.
• Contribute to internal tools, AI skills, and automations that improve engineering and company operations.
• Design, debug, and scale production systems while considering failure modes, latency, and cost.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building and scaling production software.
• Fullstack experience, or strong backend/frontend experience with the motivation to work across the stack.
• Strong proficiency with TypeScript, Node.js, and React or a similar modern frontend framework.
• Demonstrated ability to design, operate, and debug real production systems.
• Strong ownership, critical use of AI development tools, and effective cross-functional communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Previous experience with AI/ML projects or startup environments.
