ServiceNow Developer (CSA & HRSD Certified)

Location: Katowice, Poland; candidates must be located in Poland and hold EU citizenship. Occasional business trips abroad and visits to the Katowice office are required.

Salary: 12,000–16,000 PLN gross/month on UoP; 100–140 PLN net + VAT/hour on B2B.

What you will do

• Participate in ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, and optimization projects for clients.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions, primarily in ITSM.
• Design, configure, and develop workflows, integrations, catalog items, business rules, script includes, and other custom platform components.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement maintainable long-term solutions.
• Support platform upgrades, patches, releases, testing, and validation activities.
• Monitor APIs and integrations, maintain technical documentation, and collaborate with stakeholders, consultants, and Agile teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• ServiceNow CSA and HRSD certifications are required.
• Strong ServiceNow ITSM expertise and advanced JavaScript scripting skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with ITIL practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, and knowledge-sharing skills.
• Fluent English at B2/C1 level; must be located in Poland and hold EU citizenship.

Nice to have

• Additional ServiceNow certifications such as CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-HRSD, or CIS-ITOM.
• Experience with SLO, ITOM, or other ServiceNow modules.
• French at B2/C1 level.
