What you will do

• Design and develop solutions across the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure core capabilities including ITSM, CSM, Now Assist, and workflows.
• Build reusable, scalable components using out-of-the-box functionality.
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with architects to align on design standards and guardrails.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues while contributing to documentation.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Advanced scripting capability in JavaScript, including Script Includes and Business Rules.
• Solid understanding of CMDB and data structures.
• Proven ability to deliver independently in a senior capacity.
• Experience building integrations and working with APIs.
• Experience across multiple ServiceNow modules.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
