What you will do
- Design and develop high-quality solutions across the ServiceNow platform.
- Configure capabilities including ITSM, CSM, Now Assist, portals, workflows, flows, catalogues, and ITOM.
- Build reusable, scalable components using out-of-the-box functionality while minimising customisation and technical debt.
- Develop and maintain REST and SOAP integrations with external systems.
- Collaborate with architects on design standards and guardrails.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience across multiple modules.
- Advanced scripting skills with JavaScript, Script Includes, Business Rules, and Flow Designer.
- Experience building integrations and working with APIs.
- Solid understanding of CMDB and data structures.
- Data foundations experience is mandatory.
- Ability to work independently in a senior developer capacity and deliver with minimal oversight.
