What you will do

• Design and develop solutions across the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, CSM, Now Assist, and ITOM.
• Build reusable and scalable components utilizing out-of-the-box functionality to minimize customization.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and external systems.
• Collaborate with architects to align development with design standards and guardrails.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience across multiple modules.
• Advanced scripting capability in JavaScript, including Script Includes, Business Rules, and Flow Designer.
• Solid understanding of CMDB and data structures.
• Proven ability to deliver independently in a senior capacity.
• Location: Must be based in Leeds, United Kingdom.
