Senior ServiceNow Developer (ServiceNow)

What you will do

• Design and develop maintainable solutions across the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure ITSM, CSM, Now Assist, Employee Center and portals, workflows, flows, catalogs, integrations, and ITOM capabilities.
• Build reusable and scalable components using out-of-the-box functionality while minimising customisation and technical debt.
• Develop and maintain REST and SOAP integrations with external systems.
• Collaborate with architects on design standards and guardrails.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience across multiple modules.
• Advanced JavaScript scripting, including Script Includes, Business Rules, and Flow Designer.
• Experience building integrations and working with APIs.
• Solid understanding of CMDB and data structures.
• Data foundations experience is mandatory.
• Ability to deliver independently in a senior developer capacity.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
