What you will do

• Operationalize international People strategy and manage day-to-day HR programs across EMEA and APAC teams.
• Ensure local compliance with labor laws in markets including the UK, Ireland, Poland, and the UAE.
• Partner with business leaders and People teams to deliver integrated solutions for talent management and performance.
• Drive employee engagement and culture-building initiatives to strengthen regional cohesion.
• Analyze HR data to provide actionable reporting and optimize workflows for leadership.
• Collaborate on international payroll matters and identify opportunities to embed AI into HR processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive HR, People Partner, or HRBP experience in EMEA/APAC regions.
• Strong knowledge of EMEA/APAC labor laws and multi-country HR compliance.
• Experience in high-growth technology or fintech environments.
• Data literacy with the ability to drive decisions through reporting and metrics.
• Excellent project management and prioritization skills.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to navigate ambiguity independently.
