What you will do

• Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reporting and forecasting.
• Analyze financial performance and collaborate with division heads to achieve strategic growth targets.
• Review actual performance against budgets, identify variances, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Assist the finance team in the annual budgeting process.
• Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards.
• Coordinate financial analysis needs across country and business line segments.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (completed or in progress).
• Fluent in English.
• Strong ability to manage projects and work collaboratively across departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Access, SharePoint).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to produce effective presentations for decision-making.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of VBA programming.
• Knowledge of French, Italian, or German.
