• Assist the Cost and FTE Senior Analyst with data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor and track budgeted versus actual expenses to ensure alignment with financial goals.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and presentations for management.
• Assist in validating purchase orders and ensuring alignment with approved budgets.
• Contribute to workforce planning by tracking FTE positions and supporting headcount analysis.

• Must be based in Portugal.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial modeling.
• Basic understanding of budgeting, financial statements, and cost analysis.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
