What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
• Develop and manage monthly operational plans, reporting calendars, and team priorities.
• Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Oracle, and Excel to enhance business visibility.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities and process improvements using AI and BI tools.
• Partner with Accounting, Operations, and IT to improve data flow and financial controls.
• Present financial insights, variances, and strategic recommendations to business leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• 8-10+ years of progressive experience in Finance and FP&A.
• 2-4 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Experience with ERP systems like Oracle, NetSuite, or SAP.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
