FP&A Analyst

What you will do

• Partner with Engineering departments and provide financial insights and recommendations to optimize budget spend.
• Prepare budget-versus-actuals analysis, investigate variances, and explain financial trends and drivers.
• Support annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly and quarterly performance reporting.
• Build financial analyses and models covering revenue, expenses, headcount, projects, customer transactions, and business initiatives.
• Develop, maintain, and update KPI metrics, reports, and dashboards.
• Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities, including provisions, analysis, reports, and presentations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar FP&A role within a global company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, or Business Management.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, complexity, shifting priorities, and fast-paced projects independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate financial analytics into clear recommendations.
• Excellent English skills in writing and verbal communication are required.
