What you will do

• Lead and grow a globally-distributed web development team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Define and execute the team roadmap focusing on entity re-use, enterprise governance, and CMS optimization.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Security stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Oversee the integration and scaling of content management features (Models, Collections, Locales) on hirify.global.com.
• Guide the team through solutioning, coding, and deployment while ensuring adherence to architecture best practices.
• Mentor developers of all levels, managing performance reviews and professional growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading development teams with a track record of delivering high-impact technical solutions.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
• Experience with headless CMS platforms (preferably hirify.global) and optimizing performance for large datasets.
• Proven track record in people management, including performance reviews and calibration sessions.
• Must be based in Europe to lead the regional remote-first team.

Nice to have

• Experience with API-first platforms and optimizing front-end systems for complex API data.
• Familiarity with Enterprise governance models and data privacy/security best practices.
• Knowledge of content modelling and structured content concepts.
• PostgreSQL expertise, including designing and optimizing relational databases for scalability.
