What you will do

• Own engineering delivery by setting pace, removing blockers, and ensuring predictable output.
• Partner with Product and commercial stakeholders to define and maintain a prioritized roadmap.
• Build and develop a high-performing team through deliberate hiring and structured growth conversations.
• Represent the team's delivery health and technical direction to senior leadership.
• Make architectural trade-off decisions and identify system risks early.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across GTM, Sales, Finance, and Product teams.

Requirements

• Proven track record as an Engineering Manager with direct line management of engineers.
• Strong delivery instincts and experience establishing delivery cadences in fast-moving environments.
• Technical credibility to engage in architectural and system design conversations.
• Experience navigating complex cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
• Thoughtful approach to people leadership, including performance management and hiring.
• Must be based in London to support a hybrid work schedule (2 days/week in office)

• Background in B2B SaaS or environments where engineering decisions have direct commercial impact.
