What you will do

• Partner with leadership to shape and govern HR policies reflecting company philosophy and facilitate shared understanding across the organization.
• Conduct engagement interviews and surveys across 38 U.S. offices and analyze exit trends to improve retention.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on performance, discipline, and grievance matters.
• Manage employee transfers, relocations, leaves of absence, and workers’ compensation.
• Provide risk assessments and ensure compliance with statutory reporting and employment laws.
• Support leadership development programs and promote a professional, respectful work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 1-2 years’ experience in Human Resources.
• Knowledge of employment laws (EEO, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, etc.).
• Strong critical thinking, business acumen, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
• Willingness to travel nationwide to support teams.
