HR Business Partner

Location: San Jose, California, USA; onsite 5 days a week, with flexibility to support employees across multiple shifts.

Salary: $97,050–$138,650 per year base salary, depending on location, qualifications, work history, and relevant experience.

What you will do

• Partner with fab leadership and business organizations on HR plans for growth, retention, engagement, and employee experience.
• Coach managers and employees, support development planning, and resolve employee relations issues and leaves.
• Implement performance management, compensation, employee development, succession, and recruitment programs.
• Analyze engagement data and HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions.
• Prepare and present HR topics at staff meetings and All Hands sessions.
• Collaborate with the global HR team to improve HR programs, processes, and planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field and/or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of broad HR experience as an HR Business Partner or equivalent supporting leaders and managers.
• Knowledge of California employment legislation related to employee relations, benefits, and leaves.
• Ability to challenge viewpoints constructively and provide alternative recommendations.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and advise employees in support of business and personal development goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical ability.
