Senior HR Business Partner (Manufacturing): Providing strategic and operational HR support for a local manufacturing operation with an accent on employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, talent development, and Czech labor law. Focus on coaching leaders, managing organizational change, supporting workforce planning, and improving HR processes and employee experience on site.
Location: Kolin, Czech Republic; primarily site-based with a strong on-site presence and occasional home office flexibility

What you will do
- Provide strategic and day-to-day HR support to business leaders and employees.
- Partner with plant leadership on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent management, and people decisions.
- Coach managers on employee relations, leadership effectiveness, performance management, and employee development.
- Drive employee engagement, organizational change, surveys, and action planning.
- Provide guidance on Czech labor law, HR policies, and compliance requirements.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, HR projects, and selected administrative activities during the transition to Global Business Services and digital solutions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial sites and partnering with plant leadership and employees.
- Strong knowledge of Czech labor law and HR best practices.
- Experience in employee relations, performance management, talent development, and change management.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, coaching, influencing, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Fluent Czech and English; legal authorization to work in the Czech Republic is required, and visa sponsorship is not provided.

- Experience with organizational transformation, shared services, or HR digitalization initiatives.
- Experience in workforce planning and organizational development.
- Experience working in an international business environment.
