Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Location: Hybrid role based in Bloomington, Minnesota, with 4 days per week in the office and 1 day remote; frequent travel across Metals locations, approximately 2 trips per month or 10–20%.

Salary: $110,000–$140,000 annually, plus annual bonus opportunity.

What you will do

• Advise senior and executive leaders on people, organizational, and cultural strategy.
• Shape workforce strategy, leadership capability, organizational design, and operating strategy.
• Lead restructures, integrations, capability builds, and other enterprise or segment-wide transformations.
• Diagnose organizational issues involving structure, roles, workflow, culture, and leadership, and guide large-scale change.
• Lead succession planning, leadership pipeline development, executive coaching, and high-potential talent development.
• Identify people risks, maintain governance and compliance, and mentor HR professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and complex organizations.
• Strong executive presence, credibility, judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to influence without authority and lead organizational diagnosis and change.
• Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments and wear appropriate PPE in production areas.
