What you will do

• Lead the transformation from fragmented accountability to a unified Service Reliability Platform Organization.
• Oversee enterprise command center operations and global 24x7 incident management functions.
• Define and execute the ServiceNow platform strategy to drive automation and operational efficiency.
• Establish robust governance, risk management, and stability frameworks for production operations.
• Drive reliability engineering initiatives and continuous improvement across the enterprise.
• Manage executive communications and reporting regarding client experience and operational performance.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in enterprise technology operations, service management, or reliability engineering.
• Proven track record managing large-scale, mission-critical production environments.
• Deep expertise in global 24x7 operations and incident management.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM frameworks, operational governance, and risk management.
• Experience leading platform-driven transformation, specifically with ServiceNow or equivalent tools.
