What you will do

• Design and operate AI agents to automate operational, engineering, and support workflows.
• Develop agent orchestration frameworks using LLMs, tool integrations, and workflow-based automation patterns.
• Build automation pipelines that combine AI reasoning with deterministic systems and controls.
• Implement Python-based services for AI agent execution and integration with internal APIs and observability tools.
• Design and evolve CI/CD pipelines specifically for AI-enabled services.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex AI and automation issues while identifying reliability improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Expert-level Python development skills with strong knowledge of automation and orchestration.
• Experience designing and supporting CI/CD pipelines and integrating systems via REST APIs.
• Proven experience building AI agents, autonomous systems, or AI-driven automation solutions.
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and tool-calling frameworks.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills with the ability to work independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or other infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and database management.
• Background in financial services, fintech, or other regulated industries.
