What you will do

• Own the end-to-end software and hardware deployment process for installations and upgrades.
• Lead service management, including incident response, root-cause analysis, and release governance.
• Establish and report on SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs for platform availability and latency.
• Build proactive monitoring, observability, and automation tools to minimize manual intervention.
• Drive platform engineering initiatives to unify software stacks and simplify deployments.
• Lead and develop a team of managers and engineers, managing budgets and career paths.

Requirements

• Must be based in Atlanta, GA
• 7+ years of experience in technical operations, DevOps, or platform engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role managing teams.
• Proven track record in deploying and operating large-scale distributed systems.
• Expertise in incident management, release management, and infrastructure as code.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical details for non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with sports-technology platforms, broadcast systems, or edge/cloud computing.
• Familiarity with Hawk-Eye or KinaTrax tracking technologies.
• Certifications in ITIL, cloud platforms, or network engineering.
