Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: New York, NY or Boston, MA

Annual salary: $189,000–$231,000 USD, with equity offers.

What you will do

• Own a major product area end-to-end, defining its vision, roadmap, KPIs, and business outcomes.
• Launch new products and features from zero to one and scale existing financial products for SMB customers.
• Partner with design and engineering to deliver reliable, intuitive, polished, and trustworthy experiences.
• Drive integrations with banking, accounting, and payment platforms.
• Collaborate with Risk, Data, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience on product quality, launches, adoption, and go-to-market execution.
• Evaluate strategic partners and communicate product narratives and priorities to stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least five years of product management experience with a record of shipping and owning products at scale.
• Experience owning a product area and influencing broader product strategy.
• Strong data competency, including self-service metrics and basic SQL queries.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills across engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and design to deliver high-quality products, and with go-to-market teams to drive adoption.
• Comfort working in ambiguous environments and bringing structure, curiosity, and ownership to product management.

Nice to have

• Experience with fintech products or fintech startups.
• Experience joining an early-stage company and supporting its growth.
• Familiarity with risk and fraud tools or credit underwriting frameworks.
