What you will do

• Lead a high-performing team of 6–8 developers working on large-scale and cutting-edge systems.
• Manage the delivery of multiple simultaneous development projects from initial architecture and design to production release.
• Identify and mitigate risks and bottlenecks, driving cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Make key technical and strategic decisions to align engineering efforts with business impact.

Requirements

• 10–12+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• 3–4 years of technical leadership experience.
• Deep expertise in Java, Spring, Maven, and related frameworks.
• Strong background in the architecture of scalable, concurrent, low-latency, and fault-tolerant distributed systems.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor highly skilled developers.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Go (Golang).
• Experience incorporating agentic AI tools across the entire software development lifecycle.
